What information does IVPL collect/store?

If you use or access the IVPL Services, or open a IVPL account or visit IVPL Sites (which includes website www.indirow.com and/or App), we may collect/store the following information for the purpose of providing IVPL Services to You :

• Contact information, such as your name, address, phone, email, date of birth and other similar information.
• Financial information, such as your full bank account number if you choose to use it with IVPL Services.
• Detailed personal information, such as Permanent Account Number.
• IVPL only facilitates collection of Biometric information to verify Your unique Aadhar number. We do not store your biometric credentials and adhere to norms specified by UIDAI.

• Other personal information provided by third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services.
• Your photo if you choose to add one to your profile. Other users of IVPL Services may be able to view your photo. You may remove your photo or change it at any time in your account settings.
• Information that you provide to IVPL when interacting with our customer support team or other team members via phone, email, online form, or other correspondence.
• Personal information stored with third parties that you choose to provide to IVPL, such as social media account information and your social media contacts. By linking your third party accounts or using third party sign-in services, you authorize IVPL to have access to this information and you agree that IVPL may collect and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

As a security measure and means to tackle fraud, based on the consent provided by you while using IVPL Sites, IVPL accesses your device location to validate transactions initiated by you using IVPL. To facilitate the provision of the IVPL Services by IVPL to you, IVPL may access your device’s location. You consent to the access of the device location for the facilitation of transactions by IVPL. If you have enabled collection of location data in the IVPL mobile application, you can turn it off within the application's settings on Android, or in your phone settings on iOS.

• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.

Cookies and web beacons are technologies that IVPL and our third-party service providers use to collect Web Browser Information in order to track how the IVPL Sites and IVPL Services are used. If your personal information changes, you can update or correct it in your account settings by logging into your account at www.indirow.com . We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you IVPL Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms and conditions.

What are the data privacy rights provided by IVPL?

IVPL provides you the right to deny your consent for use of specific personal data by IVPL, restrict disclosure of your personal data to third parties, limit data retention and an option to revoke your consent already granted to collect personal data by IVPL.
